Our front-desk team speaks English, Italian, Spanish, German and French fluently. Several of our dentists were trained in Italy, Germany or the UK and are comfortable discussing treatment plans in those languages directly with the patient. For languages outside this set — Dutch, Polish, Swedish — we coordinate a professional interpreter either in person or over a phone link at no additional cost.
Every patient receives a written treatment plan in their own language. This includes the diagnosis, the proposed procedures, the materials and brands used, the total cost broken down by item, the expected timeline, and the warranty terms. You should never feel rushed to sign anything you do not fully understand.

Albanian law and EU dental directives require informed consent in a language the patient genuinely understands. Signing a consent form in Albanian would not only be uncomfortable but legally weak. Every consent form at Elonix is provided in the patient's chosen language alongside the Albanian version, and patients are given time to read both before signing.
