Accurate diagnosis is impossible without high-quality imaging. Elonix Clinic runs a full in-house imaging department with a Carestream CS9600 CBCT, a Vatech digital panoramic machine and intraoral sensors with dose reduction algorithms. All scans are stored on a secure cloud platform and shared with patients and their home dentists in DICOM format on demand.

The Carestream CS9600 CBCT

Our cone-beam scanner delivers volumetric data with voxel sizes as small as 75 micrometres, revealing anatomical structures invisible on 2D X-rays. Low-dose protocols reduce radiation exposure to roughly one quarter of older CBCT machines. Images are reconstructed in 20 seconds and can be reviewed on the chairside monitor during consultation, so treatment planning is often completed during your first visit.

Data Sharing and Storage

Each patient receives a secure download link for their scans in both DICOM and JPG formats, plus a PDF written report. Records are retained for 10 years. Many patients share the CBCT files with their local dentist for follow-up hygiene or orthodontic aligners, avoiding duplicate scans in their home country.
